Greyhound of Canada -

• This service operates daily, year-round from downtown Calgary.
• You would use a taxi to/from the Calgary Airport and Greyhound's downtown Calgary Terminal.
• A taxi would cost about $35-$45, one way, depending on routing and time of day.
• To our knowledge, at the present time, there is no Airport Shuttle Service between the Airport to Greyhound's downtown Calgary Depot.
• The Greyhound Terminal in Banff is the railroad station.

• The sample Greyhound rates and times are "subject to change".
• Please check Greyhound Web Site for exact information on the date(s) you require.
• No reservations are required for the Greyhound service.

Airporter Shuttle Express "Charters" -

• This is the fast "door-to-door" service between the Calgary Airport and any address in Banff.
• It is great for small groups.
• This service takes about 2 hours, one way and is subject to good road/weather conditions.
• Our driver or airport representative will meet you in the luggage claim area of your airline (domestic) or in the terminal, outside the exit of Canada Customs (International).
• They will have a "Meet and Greet" sign with your name or a company name which you have advised us.
• Our driver will also assists you with your luggage.
• Because you have "chartered" we wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees*(See terms/conditions).
• Email Us or book thru our on-line reservation service for an exact quote advising flight details, number in party and address/hotel in Banff.
• Sample one-way rates are "subject to change", depending on the time of year.
• The one-way "charter" rates below excludes:
  • Airport Exit Fees (varies on equipment used i.e.10/14Pax Van add $25.00 airport pickup charge!)
  • Goods and Service Tax (5% GST)
  • A tip to the driver(s)
  • National Park User Fee.

Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter" Terms/Conditions - *A credit card guarantee is due at the time of booking. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day of the service, although some exception may apply. If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance cancellation notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and van are assigned. Poor weather and or road conditions could close the Banff Road. If you are connecting thru the USA or on a "charter" flight from Europe you may wish to consider overnight in Calgary before/after your flight as poor driving conditions could cause you to miss your flight! Banff Skiing is great but give yourself enough time for the transfer and airline check-in!

Banff Airporter Year-Round Schedule Service -

• TEN times daily Banff Airporter offer a dependable "door-to-door" scheduled service.
• Banff Airporter service is between Calgary International and ANY address in Banff. This includes the Banff Centre and the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.
• Their Canmore service is to and from the Radisson Hotel, Canmore.
• Banff Airporter's check-in counter is located at meeting area "C", arrival level, just outside Canada Customs.
• They leave "on-time" and do not wait for late flights.
• You are permitted to go on their next van, subject to availability.
• Advance reservations are required.

Banff Airporter's Rates:

• Per person rates includes Airport Fees.
• Per person rate excludes the Goods and Service Tax of 5%.
• Per person rate excludes the National Park User Fees
• Per person rate excludes a tip to the driver(s).

Banff Airporter's Terms/Conditions:

• All Banff Airporter services are payable in full upon booking.
• All scheduled reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE unless Travel Insurance is purchased thru their web site booking engine, below.
• Bookings with Travel Insurance can be cancelled prior to the time of travel and receive a full refund for the cost of the booking.
• After the time of travel all bookings are non-refundable.
• Round-trip reservations are considered independent legs of travel.
• Departures from the airport are prompt at the schedule times listed due to airport policy.
• Drivers are unable to wait for late arrivals, luggage, etc.
• Late arrivals are requested to check in at the Banff Airporter Desk or call the Banff Airporter main booking line. Bookings are valid for the day of travel and late arrivals will be accommodated on the next available shuttle. (Accommodations will be made for acts of god).
• Departure from Banff and Canmore may vary due to traffic or weather. Passengers should be ready 10 minutes prior to your schedule pickup time and expect Banff Airporter no later than 15 minutes past your scheduled pickup time. Airport arrival times take this procedure into account, but may vary due to traffic and weather.
• Banff Airporter client's are requested to wait for schedule services in a place where it will be easy to be seen by the driver. Drivers are unable to ring doorbells, apartment numbers, hotel rooms, etc due to the schedule requirements.
• Travelers without reservations will be accommodated on a stand-by basis, subject to availability.
• Luggage Allowance: Passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage plus a carry-on. Anything above and beyond this is $10.00/bag and will be accommodated as best as possible. Ski bags are treated as a full-size bag. Banff Airporter is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged luggage.
• All skis, snow boards and bikes must be properly packaged for transport (bikes must be in boxes). Any oversized luggage (or special luggage such as musical instruments) will be allowed at the discretion of Banff Airporter.
• Please note the above terms/conditions.
• Outside Banff Airporter's times you may wish to consider an Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter".
