Airporter Shuttle Express offers two types of dependable service between the Calgary Airport and Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada. The one way transfer can take up to three hours, 45 minutes for the motorcoach service and about three hours for the sedan/van charter service.

1. Airporter Shuttle Express "Charters" -
- This is the fastest"door-to-door" service between the Calgary Airport and any address in Lake Louise.
- Ideal for small groups!
- "Door-to-Door" service means we go to ANY hotel, ANY motel, ANY Condo or ANY hostel.
- This service takes about 3 hours, one way, and is subject to good road/weather conditions.
- The driver or airport representative will meet you in the luggage claim area of your airline (domestic) or outside of Canada Customs (International) and will assists you with your luggage.They will have a sign with your name on it or the name of the company which you have advised.
- Because you have "chartered" we wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees.*terms/conditions.

Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter" Terms/Conditions - *A credit card guarantee is due at the time of booking. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day of the service. If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and van are assigned. Poor weather and or road conditions does close the Lake Louise Road a number of times during the year. If you are connecting thru the USA or on a "charter" flight from Europe you may wish to consider overnight in Calgary before/after your flight as poor driving conditions could cause you to miss your flight! Lake Louise Skiing is Great but give yourself enough time for the transfer and airline check-in!

- From 16 Feb 2008 - 30 April 2008: Twice daily at 1230 hrs and 1830 hrs to Lake Louise.
- From 02 May 2008 - 15 Oct 2008: 9:15*, 12:30, 17:15*, 18:30 to Lake Louise.
- Cost: $71.50 (Adult) $35.75 (Child, 6 thru 15 years).
- Budget three hours, 45 minutes, one way, for the transfer.
- The service leaves 'on-time' and does not wait for late flights.
- Fare includes airport exit fees & the Goods and Service Tax.
- Fare does not include the National Park User Fees.

- From 02 May 2008 - 16 Oct 2008: Four times daily at 06:45*, 10:40, 13:10* and 17:15 TO the Calgary Airport.
- Cost: $71.50 (Adult) $35.75 (Child, 6 thru 15 years).
- Times are from the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

- The duration is approximately 3 hours 45 minutes.
- Fare includes the Goods and Service Tax.
