If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and van are assigned. Poor weather and or road conditions does close the road a number of times during the year. United States bound flights usually close their check-in lines one hour prior to your flight departure time. Give us enough time to get you to the airport AND give yourself enough time to check-in with your respective airline!
