Calgary Airport to Revelstoke Mountain Resort Shuttle Service

• This is the fast “door-to-door” service between the Calgary International Airport and your hotel or residence in Revelstoke.

• It is great for small groups

• We will travel anytime subject to good road and weather conditions.

• The one way transfer will take up to 5-6 hours.

• We can take you to your Revelstoke location or a location in the surrounding area. (Prices may vary depending on location).

• There is usually one short cofee/rest stop enroute.

• Advance reservations are required

• AIRPORT MEETING PLACE

  • The driver will meet the clients in the terminal at the luggage claim area of their domestic airline
  • OR in the terminal at the exit from Canada Customs for International Arrivals
  • The driver will have a sign with the clients name on it or the group’s name which was given to us.
  • We will advise where groups should meet if arriving on different flights.

• EQUIPMENT:

  • We offer “large” 8 passenger van, SUVs, Lincoln TownCars or minibuses.

• TERMS/CONDITIONS:

  • Various depending on the equipment. Ask at time of booking.
  • Please note winter driving conditions as well as road maintenance can close the road a number of times per year.You wait until the road reopens. Plan accordingly.
  • If you have an AM Calgary flight we suggest a pickup the evening before, after your day of skiing.
  • Book a Calgary area airport hotel and fly out the next day.

• DRIVER’S NAME AND CELL NUMBER:

  • The driver’s name and cell phone number is available within two days of the service if requested during this time period.

• COSTS INCLUDE:

  • The basic cost
  • The Calgary Airport Authority Exit/Parking/Pickup Fees.

• EXTRA COSTS**:

  • Most trips to or from Revelstoke MAY requires a driver’s overnight hotel room.
