• This service operates daily, year-round between downtown Calgary and Banff.

Airport Shuttle Express "Charters" -

• This is the fast "door-to-door" service between the Calgary Airport and any address in Canmore or Harvey Heights.
• It is great for small groups.
• This service takes about 1 3/4 hours, one way and is subject to good road/weather conditions.
• Our driver or airport representative will meet you in the luggage claim area of your airline (domestic) or in the terminal, outside the exit of Canada Customs (International).
• They will have a "Meet and Greet" sign with your name or a company name which you have advised us.
• Our driver will also assists you with your luggage.
• Because you have "chartered" we wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees*(See terms/conditions).

• Sample one-way rates are "subject to change", depending on the time of year.

Airporter/Airport Shuttle Express "Charter" Terms/Conditions - *No deposit is required but a credit card guarantee. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day before the service in Canada in Canadian Funds. . If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel everything a 72 hour advance cancellation notice is required or you will be billed for the service. Poor winter weather and road conditions could close the Canmore Road. Give yourself enough time for the transfer and airline check-in!

Year-Round CANMORE Schedule Service

• The CANMORE Service with Banff Airporter is to and from the Radisson Hotel in Canmore
• There is no residential service and no service to other Canmore Hotels.
• Taxi service is available within the Canmore town site.
• Banff Airporter's airport check-in counter is located in the main Calgary Airport Terminal, at meeting area "C", arrival level.
• Banff Airporter CANMORE Service operates 12 times daily, year-round!
• They leave "on-time" and do not wait for late flights.
• You are permitted to go on the next vehicle on the same date, subject to availability, if your flight is late.
• Advance reservations are required.
