1. Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter" Service -

• This is the fastest "door-to-door" service between the Calgary Airport, Golden and the Kicking Horse Resort.
• It is great for small groups.
• This service can take up to 4 1/2 hours, one way, for the approximate 375 km's / 235 miles.
• It is subject to good road and weather conditions.
• The driver or airport representative will meet you in the luggage claim area of your airline (domestic) or in the terminal, outside the exit of Canada Customs (International), by the horses!
• They will assist you with your luggage to the vehicle.
• Because you have "chartered" we wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees *(terms/conditions)

• The "charter" rates does Excludes:
  • 5% Goods and Service Tax (GST)
  • The BC Road Tax (Varies depending on equipment)
  • Airport Exit Fee (Varies depending on equipment)
  • A tip to the van, minibus or motorcoach driver(s).
  • A tip is included with the Lincoln TownCar or similar.

Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter" Terms/Conditions - A card guarantee is due upon confirmation. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day of the service.If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and van are assigned. Poor weather and or road conditions does close the Road a number of times during the year. Any additional accommodation, extra mileage due to road closures or other expenses are born by the client.

• This service is operated by the PURE TRAVEL GROUP INC of Golden British Columbia.
• Shuttle service operations is subject to minimum passenger numbers.
• Prices are in Canadian Funds
• Excludes (does not include) the 5% Goods and Service Tax
• Excludes (does not include) a tip to the driver.
• A fuel Surcharge may apply subject to fuel price increases.
• Children, 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult
• Timing are approximate and may vary depending on road and passenger numbers
• Due to variations in daylight saving time change in Europe, shuttles from Calgary Airport may depart up to 1 hour later between 14 March - 28 March 2010.

• CANCELLATION
  We understand that things change in life and sometimes it is not possible for you to take your vacation. Our suppliers have to plan in advance for the services they provide on your behalf; in most instances this means a financial commitment. In the event of you having to cancel your travel services with us, the following rates will apply unless otherwise stipulated:
  Shuttles:
  • 49 hours + Prior to Departure - 100% refundable minus $10 cancellation fee per person
  • 0 - 48 hours Prior to Departure - 0% refundable
  • GST applies to all cancellation fees.
  • Regrettably cancellation charges cannot be waived. There will be no exceptions. No refunds on unused services.
