• This is our door-to-door service between the Calgary International Airport and your residence or hotel in Medicine Hat and the surrounding area.

• It is great for small groups.

• We will travel anytime, subject to road/weather conditions.

• Please note that Medicine Hat Road can close down due to poor winter driving conditions. Plan accordingly.

• The one-way transfer will take up to 3.5 hours and is subject to good road and weather conditions.

• We can take you almost anywhere in Medicine Hat or the surrounding areas. (Prices may vary outside of Medicine Hat location).

• Advance reservations are required.

• AIRPORT MEETING PLACE

  • The driver will meet the clients in the terminal at the luggage claim area of their domestic airline
  • OR in the terminal at the exit from Canada Customs for International Arrivals
  • The driver will have a sign with the client's name on it or the group’s name, which was given to us.
  • We will advise where groups should meet if arriving on different flights.

• EQUIPMENT:

  • “Large” 10-passenger vans, SUVs, Lincoln Tonearms or Cadillac, and 24-passenger minibuses are also available depending on your request.

• TERMS/CONDITIONS:

  • Varies depending on equipment. Ask at the time of booking.
  • Please note that winter driving conditions, as well as road maintenance, can close the highway. For safety reasons, our driver will wait until the road reopens. Plan accordingly.

• DRIVER”S NAME AND CELL NUMBER:

  • The driver’s name and cell phone number is available within two days of the service if requested during this time period.

• COSTS INCLUDE:

  • The basic cost
  • The Calgary Airport Authority Exit/Parking/Pickup Fees.

• EXTRA COSTS:

  • A Tip to the driver
  • The 5% Canadian Goods and Service Tax (GST).
